They feature qualification programmes specially developed by Porsche for workshop and service team employees as well as 60 years’ experience and knowledge of developing sports cars.

A workman is only as good as his tool - this is why Porsche Centres possess highly specialised technology such as diagnosis testers to read and delete the fault memory. The testing device for PCCB brake disks gathers information on wear and tear of the ceramic brake disk. Or the high-voltage test adapter which manually tests for the absence of voltage in high-voltage vehicles.

Don’t leave anything to chance - this is typical of how we work here at Porsche. Every visit to a Porsche partner workship follows a standardised process - from arranging an appointment, the acceptance process through to repairs, quality checks and returning your vehicle. This is how we ensure that our service is of a consistent quality.

You will find out from the start what work needs to be carried out on your vehicle and why: during direct acceptance. You will be there in person to join your service advisor in doing a visual check of your vehicle. Using a check list, your advisor will explain the necessary work and put it down in writing. This gives you the opportunity to discuss the type and scope of the work, as well as price, potential repair alternatives - e.g. with dynamic repair - repair times and recommendations directly on location with your service advisor. Of course, your advisor will also be available to answer any other questions and options concerning your Porsche. When it comes to what you want, we won’t leave anything to chance.
